Resolution Meeting Data Form

In order to ensure efficient collection and compliance review of resolution meeting data, all Resolution Meeting Data Forms (RMDF) must be submitted online. Paper copies of the RMDF should not be submitted to ODR. Individuals completing this form will need the due process case file number and ODR-provided password. This information can be found in the initial email sent from ODR to the LEA contact. Once completed, the form will automatically be submitted to all parties, including the assigned Hearing Officer and ODR. The video below provides an in-depth walkthrough on how to complete the Resolution Meeting Data Form.

Update on Resolution Meeting Data processes

Beginning on January 15, 2023, and in accordance with guidance from OSEP, ODR will no longer be calculating the 15-day resolution meeting timeframe and the 30-day resolution period for the parties. LEAs will be asked to provide the hearing officer with the date that the LEA received the parent’s due process complaint notice. The hearing officer will use this date to calculate the decision due date.

The LEA will be responsible for calculating the 15-30 day time frames based upon the date it received parent’s due process complaint notice, and providing this information in the Resolution Meeting Data Form, which the Bureau of Special Education uses for its compliance obligations. If the resolution meeting is waived, the LEA will now be asked to upload written documentation of the waiver into the system for compliance purposes.

Further questions about this process can be directed to ODR’s resolution meeting representative Karen Eberly at keberly@odr-pa.org or 717-901-2173.
