Ashley Smith is the Program Manager for the Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR). Ms. Smith is a graduate of Millersville University (B.S.E. Secondary Education) and California University of Pennsylvania (M.Ed). Prior to joining ODR, Ms. Smith was a public school teacher in Pennsylvania. She brings a wealth of experience in education to her role. Before becoming Program Manager, Ms. Smith served as a ConsultLine Specialist with ODR. This role allowed her to develop a deeper understanding of special education regulations and conflict resolution skills, enabling her to effectively manage dispute resolution services. Her passion for working at ODR stems from her experiences as a mother of a young child with a disability and her commitment to creating solutions that effectively address and resolve conflicts. Outside of her work at ODR, Ms. Smith enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts, and borrowing a mountain of books from her local library.
